As a part of the entire pipeline system, this hose is built onshore to transfer the abrasive material along the coastline. Onshore hose moves abrasive mixture from floating a hose to the reclamation area onshore. We offer three types of onshore hoses:
1. Rubber-lined steel pipe: This pipe is the most widely used onshore type due to its rigid steel frame and resistance to environmental and mechanical exposure. It does not get deformed by vacuum in a pipeline system, and its expected lifecycle is longer compared to metal pipes. However, it is important to note that high and low temperatures affect the pipeline’s linear characteristics. Therefore, it is crucial to use a lens expansion joint between the sections to avoid bursting pipes.
2. Reinforced rubber hose: Due to its flexibility, the hose is used on parts of the coastline with a gentle slope. A reinforced frame allows it to withstand short-term vacuum conditions.
3. Unreinforced rubber hose: This hose is used on flat parts of the coastline. Its fabric-reinforced rubber frame allows its use on the pressure line, provided there is no vacuum.
