Flexible hoses with muff couplings or flanges, rubber bends (elbows), rubber-lined steel pipes and bends, expansion joints, custom-made products (manifolds, branch pipes, t-sections, etc.), floating hoses for tailing ponds.

As a rule, we are ready to manufacture a 40ft container of standard products for you within a month.  However, to get the precise production terms for your order, kindly contact your local distributor or our company.

We work on 100% advance payment basis. For some particular projects the payment terms may be reviewed.

We recommend to store them in closed rooms with temperature from -35 to +40 degrees. For more information kindly see our operational manual.

Warranty period for the product is mentioned in the Contract and quality certificate. Composit LLC guarantees the products to comply with warranty period mentioned in quality certificate in the event of transportation, storage and operation in compliance with operational manual.

We manufacture hoses both for full vacuum and working pressure up to 40 bars. Other specifications can also be reviewed.

DIN, ASME, GOST, AS2129 and other on Customer’s demand.

We manufacture products with ID of 50mm to 1400mm.

Our products can be operated at ambient temperatures from -55 to + 80 degrees, the temperature of the pumped material can be from -30 to +120 degrees.

We do. The number of floaters per hose depends on its’ length. For example, for 10-meter hose we recommend using five floaters.

The warranty period of storage and operation is according to the technical specifications of the manufacturer. The supplier guarantees the reliability of the supplied goods within the terms specified in the quality certificate, subject to the rules of transportation, storage and operation.
