CONSTANT TRAINING OF THE PERSONNEL

Advanced training of the personnel has become a part of Composit daily life for years. Members regularly read special literature, visit thematic master classes and seminars. Continual development is mandatory attribute for all of the company members. Last month the team, consisted of all of the business lines of the company, has visited Bryansk mechanical engineering plant. The purpose was sharing experiences of production activities’ actualization. During the excursion at the plant, Composit members had already kept in mind some ideas to realize.
