Long-radius rubber bend
We use this solution in the most complicated sections of the hose system to alter the direction of abrasive mixture flow during transportation, where rubber hoses are not able to provide enough bending radius.
Composit LLC manufactures bends with increased wear-resistant chamber inside, made of rubber based on natural and synthetic rubber, to provide resistance to abrasive wear and long lifetime of the product. High reliability of the bend is reached due to embedded steel reinforcing elements and cord fabric.
Two standard connection options are: rotatable flange and embedded flange. PCD can be changed according to customers’ specifications.
The warranty period of storage and operation is according to the technical specifications of the manufacturer.
